What you’ll do:
We are seeking a dynamic Category Manager to oversee the Customer Field Services (Engineering) and 3rd Party Integrators Procurement Category. You will collaborate closely with global businesses and the Global Procurement Office (GPO). This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate key performance reporting through quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Field Services category to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
* Develop and implement a category strategy for the designated spend area.
* Oversee suppliers and business operations.
* Regularly manage rate and service card reports (weekly/monthly).
* Foster strong supplier relationships.
* Support GPO digitization projects.
* Contribute to building organizational capabilities within the GPO, focusing on leadership and functional competency development.
* Collaborate with the GPO team to monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with program strategies.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Procurement – MBA is a plus.
* Previous experience in a global or EMEA wide Category Management role.
* Experience of MRO/Engineering Services category management is a must.
