About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Property & Probate Solicitor to join our dedicated team and contribute to our reputation for providing expert legal advice in residential property and probate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, including property purchases, sales, leases, and remortgages.
* Handling residential property transactions from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing the conveyancing process.
* Providing expert advice on probate matters, including estate administration, drafting wills, and assisting with the distribution of assets.
* Advising on inheritance and succession planning, helping clients navigate the legal complexities of estate management.
* Representing clients in the administration of estates, including obtaining grants of probate and handling any related disputes.
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in residential property and probate law.
* Strong experience in handling residential property transactions, including conveyancing and lease agreements.
* Proficiency in probate law, estate administration, and succession planning.
* Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and accessible way.
* A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied and busy caseload.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach matters proactively and creatively.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or the UK (Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors). A solid academic background in law, with experience in residential property and probate law.
