Job Title: Construction Manager
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on a Data Centre project in Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination & Team Management: Oversee CSA work packages, support the CSA team, and foster a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental practices.
* Project Planning & Execution: Plan and monitor procurement, design, and installation activities, develop CSA delivery strategies, and manage site operations and sub-contractor activities.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict Quality Assurance/Control in partnership with QA/QC teams, review client design for standards compliance, and maintain all documentation.
* Communication & Coordination: Liaise with design teams, chair weekly meetings with CSA suppliers, and attend essential project reviews and coordination meetings.
* Project Close-Out & Reporting: Manage project close-out items, submit daily/weekly reports to project management, support commercial change management, and review all MEP-related builders works for integration.
Requirements:
* Relevant Engineering or Construction discipline qualification.
* 6 years+ experience in a similar role.
* Strong background in delivering CSA work packages.
* Experience working on Data Centre projects is beneficial.
* Excellent leadership skills, ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings, and be a role model for others.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* IT Skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
