Senior Supply Chain Planner

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Duties:
1. Responsible for Detailed Schedule & Capacity planning in short term horizon
2. Prepare and own the frozen manufacturing window.
3. Facilitate Weekly scheduling and capacity review meetings with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Process Development
4. Collaborate with the site product planners to ensure supply to the market
5. Ensure feasible plan and release plan to Manufacturing areas
6. Manage and monitor SAP / RR transactions to support production plan, capacity analysis planning cycle and procurement activities.
7. Convert Planned process orders to Process orders and ensure feasible plan.
8. Co-ordinate with warehouse departments to ensure availability of all components at the line and shipment of materials to ensure market supply
9. Check component availability to short term plan
10. Act on deviations from plan, e.g. running ahead and behind / NC’s etc.
11. Develop solutions to a variety of problems to ensure stable supply.
12. Plan and coordinate repackaging activities (REDO) and Scrap requests.
13. Participate and coordinate in short term improvement projects
14. Engage with Class A site processes in relation to KPI reporting and coordinate relevant actions
15. Create analysis in support of projects or improvements and provide recommendations
16. Participate in and Support the monthly planning cycle for all products and complete the necessary activities relating to the short- term window, when required to support Product Planners
Education and Experience :
17. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
18. 3 years supply chain planning experience
19. SAP ECC Planning Experience
