Accountable Leadership for a High-Performing Accounts Receivable Team
The ideal candidate will lead a global team of AR professionals, overseeing efficient operations and providing exceptional support to ICON. This role requires a strong track record in team management, process improvement, and metric-driven performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement scalable team structures and processes to manage workload growth.
* Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in a fast-paced commercial environment.
* Coordinate billing processes, minimizing lag between operational activity and customer invoice receipt.
* Ensure effective relationships with all partners and delivery of required audit documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and development, preferably with staff located in satellite offices.
* Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA Ireland).
* Experience in shared services, diverse multiple customer base environments, high-volume billing, and large ERP financial systems.
