Your new role As Director of Communications & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining your new company's marketing and communications strategy, including the enhancement of the organisation's profile, responding to media queries, developing a marketing strategy, promotion of events, overseeing the organisations' online and social media profile, production of their annual report, acquiring funding to assist in the development of the event programme, representing the organisation at statutory agency meetings, line management duties and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed To become Director of Communications & Marketing, you will have recent relevant experience along with a degree or equivalent in either marketing or communications disciplines.
Public Relations and/or Public Affairs experience is desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills are required.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
