Aircraft Leasing Human Resources Administrator
We are exclusively recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client in Dublin who needs an HR Administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve and respond to employee queries – payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Manage monthly payroll.
* Manage employee benefits administration and ad-hoc admin tasks.
* Produce PowerPoint, Excel, IT analytics presentations.
* Maintain HR policies and the Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law.
* Support on bonus planning, budgets, and process improvement.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration position.
* Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
* Experience in HR in a corporate environment.
