The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving project success by setting clear expectations, allocating resources effectively, and fostering seamless communication among teams. This ensures the successful delivery of projects, client requests, and open tasks.
Purpose
The primary objective of the Project Manager is to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external clients, thereby ensuring the overall account health and successful execution of client projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in close coordination with Client Success Managers and clients to ensure timely completion.
* Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources for task completion.
* Set realistic deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to guarantee on-time delivery of projects and other key deliverables.
* Oversee the tracking of written approvals, sign-offs, and acknowledgments (or delegate this responsibility to the Project Coordinator as applicable).
* Proactively escalate delays, risks, and issues internally as needed, involving Support teams, Operations Director, or other senior management personnel when required.
* Maintain accurate records of project budget and time spent (with assistance from the Project Coordinator if necessary).
* Provide regular project status updates and closure reports to the Operations Director.
* Collaborate with clients and Service Teams to develop rollout and go-live strategies.
In cases where a project or task appears to be falling behind schedule, the first point of escalation is the Client Success Manager. The Project Manager retains discretion to escalate further to the Operations Director, Technical Director, VP Operations, another relevant Vice President, or the CEO as deemed necessary to secure support.
