Civil Engineer for Road Projects in Co. Tipperary
The successful candidate will oversee the efficient running of our tarmacadam crews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for county council engineers, ensuring all client requirements are met on schedule.
* Day-to-day responsibility for efficient planning, organisation, and execution of contracts.
* Complete H&S Inductions and file records.
* Draft site-specific H&S Plans and Risk Assessments.
* Draft site-specific Method Statements.
* Perform levelling and setting out when necessary.
* Maintain Quality Control and management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience.
* Road construction experience is an advantage.
* Have good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
* Be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Excel.
* Surveying and Setting Out experience is an advantage.
* Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with contract documents is an advantage.
* Familiarity with Trimble Total Station is an advantage.
