HR Manager
A newly created role integral to the continued success and growth of our Dublin office.
About the Role:
* Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, including planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
* Maintain and enhance the company's HR Function by partnering with the organisation on strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Staff Contract Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of employee contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
* Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate the interview process to secure top talent.
* Induction of New Staff: Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training schedules, and integration into the company culture.
* Performance Process: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Intern Programme: Develop and manage the intern programme, including recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation to foster a pipeline of future talent.
* Reward Scheme: Design and administer employee reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain staff.
* Global Training Programs: Coordinate and oversee global training initiatives, identifying development needs, and ensuring employees have access to continuous learning opportunities.
* Knowledge Hub Training: Manage the Knowledge Hub, organising training sessions, and ensuring staff are up-to-date with the latest skills and industry trends.
* Exit Interview Documentation: Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving employee retention.
* Grievance & Disputes: Address employee grievances and disputes promptly and fairly, following legal guidelines and company policies.
* Updating of Agency Staff Policies: Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure compliance with current laws and best practices.
* Payroll Documentation: Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Section 21 Signed Off: Ensure that all Section 21 agreements are properly reviewed, signed, and filed in accordance with legal requirements.
* Job Specs and Role Outlines: Create and maintain detailed job specifications and role outlines for all positions within the company.
* Allocation - People DEI: Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the allocation of resources and opportunities supports a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* HR Degree and ideally some industry certification (e.g. CIPD).
* 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, Irish employment laws, and regulations.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation of innovative HR solutions.
* Proficiency with HR information systems and related software applications.
* Skilled in time management techniques and methodologies.
* Ability to align HR initiatives with organisational goals and objectives.
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
