Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our external sales team. Your role will be essential in reducing their administrative workload, giving them more time to focus on customer engagement and business growth. From preparing professional proposals to managing CRM data and coordinating meetings, you’ll help streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day admin support to our external sales team
2. Prepare high-quality sales proposals and quotations that help win new business
3. Track proposals through the internal approval process to ensure timely sign-off
4. Maintain and update the CRM system with contacts, opportunities, and activity logs
5. Follow up on outstanding proposals and ensure timely responses to clients
6. Review CRM activity and coordinate customer meetings to optimise the sales team’s travel schedules during regional visits
7. Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and customer appointments
8. Support reporting and tracking of sales KPIs
9. Suggest improvements to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency
What We're Looking For
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
2. Excellent written and verbal communication
3. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
4. Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) — or eager to learn
5. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. A team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative
7. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
8. Previous experience in a sales admin or office support role is an advantage, but not essential
