We are assisting a high growth organisation in their search for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Manager.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of this platform while embracing a positive and collaborative working culture.
This role will give you a professional platform to utilise your demonstrable background in project management, business process mapping and the implementation of business efficiencies.
The role will also allow you to shine as the subject matter expert allowing you to pool together your prior experience in defining solutions (CRM, ERP or similar) within a high growth org.
You will build upon an already solid foundation in digital transformation which will in turn prepare you further for future job opportunities in the CRM implementation space.
Requirements Salesforce (ERP, or similar) experience – defining and managing solutions (not just a user of ERPs) Project Management – relevant PM certification Process Mapping – mapping and documenting process flows and requirements across varied teams, identifying and implementing business efficiencies Report Development – working with varied teams to assist in report / dashboard development Technical Partner Management – working with 3rd party systems configuration and implementation partners Data management – working with complex data sets, preferable to have experience in data transformation Desirable Experience with implementing finance and / or HR systems Engineering or construction sector experience ISO audits and certification – ensuring the systems and processes are up to ISO standards Cyber audits / understanding of cyber security up to ISO 27001 standard Small works configuration and implementation Sys admin experience – setting up new users, configuring access rights and roles, etc Benefits Competitive Salary Benefits Pension Hybrid Working
