Alliance Medical are recruiting for an Administration Supervisor to work across our two sites in Kerry.
This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.
The successful candidate will be involved in leading, guiding & supporting the wider team of medical administrators who provide support to the department, providing the department with all essential administration, thereby enabling them to meet customer expectations, ensuring that all administrative processes and procedures are streamlined so that the clinical staff can concentrate on their role and responsibilities.
This role offers a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of Mon-Sat, 7.30am-10pm.
Duties to Include: To lead, guide & support the wider team of Medical Administrators across the two sites.
To ensure that all administrative and secretarial process and procedures are streamlined so that the Clinical staff can concentrate on their role and responsibilities.
Ensure all administrative processes and duties are performed as required with the correct frequency.
Management of an engaged and motivated team; effectively utilising internal resources and supports including induction, buddy system, performance management, delegation, career development, one-to-ones and training.
Manage rostering, training, absence management, annual leave and all HR related issues on site.
Manage absenteeism of team ensuring the levels are in line with Company average.
Contribute to managing turnover on site keeping in line with low turnover rates.
