Mechanical supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor Mechanical Supervisor required for a large Irish M&E contractor to work on a range of Commercial, Healthcare and Residential projects in Dublin & The Midlands.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the sites Project Manager.

Responsibilities: Overseeing Installations: Supervising the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC).
Managing Crew: Leading and managing a team of mechanical sub-contractors.
Quality Control: Conducting inspections and quality checks on installed mechanical systems to verify they meet regulatory requirements and project standards.
Coordination: Coordinating with other trades and departments (e.g., electrical, civil) to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems with overall construction progress.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Providing regular reports to project managers on status and any deviations from plans.
Requirements BEng in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Trade qualification.
3 years+ experience in a supervisor role.
Experience working on Commercial, Residential and Healthcare projects would be beneficial.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Successful applicant would be based in and eligible to work in Ireland.
