Job Title: External Sales Representative
You will represent and promote company products to the customer base that they are responsible for, via sales growth and territory management by developing existing customers and establishing new accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Research sales leads and market opportunities.
* Work towards agreed sales goals and targets.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
* Provide technical support to customers in person, via Teams, phone or email.
* Negotiate and close sales deals.
* Create monthly reports.
* Use CRM to effectively monitor activity and sales performance.
* Attend external and internal meetings where required.
* Understand the competitive landscape for your selected markets.
* Assist Sales Support with technical queries, supporting customers to find the best solution.
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales (experience in electrical components is a plus).
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
