The Role:


As the Senior Project Manager, you will:


1. Lead the delivery of project management commissions, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients
2. Conduct comprehensive background research and develop clear project briefs, plans, and reports
3. Advise clients on procurement strategies, construction timelines, and statutory consents
4. Manage project costs, schedules, and changes while ensuring successful outcomes
5. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering professional and effective communication
6. Drive innovation, including implementing BIM and IT collaboration tools, and maintain compliance with company policies
7. Mentor junior team members and support the recruitment of additional staff as required




The Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you should have:


* A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar consultancy or development management role
* Strong project planning skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience chairing project meetings and producing accurate reports
