Salary: €33,000 - €35,000 per annum
Our client, a stunning 4-star hotel in Wicklow, is expanding its Weddings Team and is seeking a skilled professional with experience in the events and hospitality sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a strong sales background
Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of the entire wedding journey, from the first enquiry through to the celebration and post-event follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with wedding couples, event planners, and internal teams to create seamless, stress-free experiences for all involved.
* Maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring every detail is perfect for your clients.
* Handle the administrative side of things with efficiency and precision, keeping everything on track.
* Be a driving force behind sales, turning leads into successful bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
* Step into the spotlight on the wedding day, assisting with coordination and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the events or hospitality industry, particularly in sales-driven roles.
* A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
* Strong computer skills (knowledge of hotel operations is a bonus).
* Flexibility to work weekends and mid-week shifts, including event days.
