Order Management Executive - Contract - Immediate Start
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of quality goods, providing high-end customer service on products and any order or delivery issues.
We are looking for an excellent communicator to handle retailers purchasing our products and requiring support throughout the order to delivery journey. In this role, you will directly engage with our customers to enhance their experience through excellence and high-quality support.
To succeed, you will need a passion for customer experience and a focus on quality, as you will deal with fewer clients but of higher impact. Our brand promotes excellence, and we must ensure delivery through the support provided. This is not a high-volume environment but one of the most quality-focused in Ireland.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entry, fulfillment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, etc.).
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding our products and orders (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.).
* Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
* Anticipate client needs by taking full ownership of your portfolio and adopting a proactive approach to your daily tasks.
* Track all issues related to customers, orders, and the delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, etc.).
* Manage claims and reverse logistics for your client portfolio.
* Report on market activities and trends for informed decision-making.
* Ensure your clientele experiences an order process that reflects the luxuriousness of our products.
Profile
* Fluent in English; another language is desirable.
* Experience with SAP.
* Previous experience in Order Management and Customer Service.
