They have an outstanding reputation for excellence through unrivalled pre and post-sales support, including initial site surveys, system design, installation & commissioning, preventative maintenance, training, remote monitoring, and technical support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of generators to industrial clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
* Identify and target potential clients in the industrial sector, including contractors and factories.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
1. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored generator solutions to meet their requirements.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of generator products and their applications.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Provide technical information and answer client queries effectively.
3. Negotiation and Closing Sales:
* Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales orders and contracts.
* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the generator or industrial equipment industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of generators, power solutions, and industrial applications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
