As a result, the TikTok team is growing fast and is seeking an experienced, bright, and capable legal professional to join our Global Legal Content Moderation team. In this role, you will work on critical challenges in the areas of content policy, safety, moderation, and regulation.The Role:This full-time role can be based in Dublin or London and provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with a keen interest in learning about industry-defining challenges and new areas of law.Responsibilities:Work closely with our Trust & Safety Product Policies teams and other in-house lawyers to develop and provide legal advice on content moderation and safety policies and content moderation strategies.Support assessing regional and/or local content regulations and laws, develop compliance strategies and support their implementation.Work in a cross-functional environment with government affairs, communications, and other business professionals on content safety, content moderation, and content regulatory matters.Minimum Qualifications:Qualified to practice law and in good standing in the EU or UK.5+ years PQE.Experience supporting content moderation, content regulation, and/or online safety matters.Proven performance leveraging cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple business units, organizations, and jurisdictions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
