About the Role:
The Operations Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing production capacity, and ensuring top-tier quality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing long-term strategies in collaboration with senior management.
* Managing key functions such as engineering, supply chain, assembly, and continuous improvement.
* Ensuring budget planning, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 10-15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
* Strong commercial awareness and a track record of improving efficiency and productivity.
* Exceptional leadership, change management, and project management skills (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
* Ability to travel regularly and lead multi-site operations.

Qualifications and/or Experience Required:
