We are currently recruiting for the role of Junior HR Business Partner on behalf of an Entertainment Organisation.
Location: Hybrid - offices based in Dublin South. Travel throughout Ireland required, with some minimal UK travel also.
This is a standalone role in Ireland, with support from the UK. Opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee life cycle of retail and corporate employees.
* Manage Employment Relations cases and act within an advisory capacity to management.
* Update policies and procedures in accordance with Irish legislation.
* Conduct on-site onboarding, training, and development.
* Manage HR administration.
* Manage payroll administration.
* Liaise with the UK team and management.
* Support on projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2 years within a similar role, preferably in a standalone capacity while reporting into the UK.
* Valid and clean driving licence is required, as well as own mode of transportation.
* Keen understanding of Employee relations, HR administration, Irish legislation, and stakeholder management.
* Strong communication and organisation skills needed.
