Key job responsibilities
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:
1. Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
2. Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
3. Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
4. Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
주요 업무
Cloud Support Associate (CSA)는 AWS 서비스를 사용하는 고객을 대상으로 장애에 대한 troubleshooting 및 general guidance 등의 기술지원을 수행합니다. CSA는 소속된 Profile에 따라 다수의 AWS 서비스를 지원합니다.
1. AWS의 최첨단 기술 습득 및 활용
2. 이슈 발생 시 Case를 통한 고객 지원
3. 고객 개별 요구에 대하여 상황에 맞는 적절한 해결책을 제공하기 위한 Trouble Shooting 업무
4. 전세계 최고 엔지니어들과의 교류
5. AWS의 개발팀, Technical Account Manager 및 Solutions Architect와 협업하여 고객의 문제 해결을 지원
6. 고객을 위한 AWS 서비스 개선사항에 대해 사내 AWS 팀에 피드백 제공
7. 지원 관련 프로세스 및 고객의 기술지원 경험을 개선하는 프로젝트 추진
8. AWS의 고객 커뮤니티에 Tutorial 및 기술 관련 기사 투고
9. 여러 AWS 서비스에 걸친 매우 복잡하고 중요한 고객문제에 대한 대응
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024
2. Flexibility to working weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
3. Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad, issuing long period visa.
4. Possible to work in Ireland, Dublin
5. Fluent in Korean and English
*You will mainly support Korean customer to use AWS in Ireland, Dublin.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
2. Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall or
3. Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
4. Passionate about customers and new technology
5. Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
6. Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
7. Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
8. Advanced English communication skills
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
10. Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
11. Self-starter who is excited about technology
12. Troubleshooting / Support experience
