Senior HR Business Partner - Remote - IrelandThis position serves as a key advisor to regional leadership teams, offering expert guidance and coaching on matters related to organisational culture, employee engagement, talent management, and change management.
The role is pivotal in driving cultural transformation and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
What will you do as our Senior HR Business PartnerBusiness Partnership Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement people and culture strategies that support the organisation's goals and objectives.
Provide strategic advice and coaching on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management initiatives.
Culture Development:
Lead centrally driven initiatives that promote a strong organisational culture aligned with company values.
Support the delivery of programmes that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Champion a positive workplace culture by facilitating communication and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organisation.
Employee Experience:
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
Work closely with teams to enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring it is positive and aligned with the company's culture.
Change Management:
Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and implement change management strategies that effectively address employee concerns and promote acceptance of new processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilise data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of people and culture initiatives and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership on trends and areas for improvement.
Coaching and Development:
Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders to enhance their people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Support the development of high-potential employees through targeted development plans and initiatives.
Team Management Oversee daily team operations, including task delegation, monitoring progress and resolving issues, to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Ensure clear communication and foster a collaborative environment with clear goal setting, providing regular feedback to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
Empower direct reports to make informed decisions by guiding them through complex issues, offering advice and helping them implement solutions that align with the business.
Make timely and informed decisions as required.
