Position Description

As a Test Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications before they go live. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, oversee test strategies, resource management, supervise execution and oversee appropriate management of defects. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will help us deliver exceptional products that exceed our clients’ expectations, while also giving the successful candidate a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across all functional areas to broaden their skill set.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
⦁ Engage with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and define business requirements, shaping a comprehensive business acceptance test strategy.
⦁ Partner with Business Testers: Foster strong collaboration with business testers, ensuring clarity on test requirements, timelines, and acceptance scenarios.
⦁ Coordinate Business Acceptance Testing: Oversee and facilitate business acceptance testing activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
⦁ Monitor and Report Test Progress: Prepare detailed test progress reports for line managers, providing clear insights and updates on the testing lifecycle.
⦁ Support Transition Tests and Results: Assist in managing transition tests, tracking results, and ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
⦁ Post-Implementation Support: Contribute to the preparation of close-down reports and collaborate with the INR team to provide seamless post-implementation support.
⦁ Team Collaboration: Actively work with team members, contributing to collective tasks and achieving shared goals.

Experience, Qualifications & Background Ideally Required
⦁ Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel being a plus.
⦁ Familiarity with Clearstream’s products and services is advantageous.
⦁ Experience or willingness to upskill in the areas of Distribution is an advantage
⦁ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
⦁ Excellent organizational abilities.
⦁ Outstanding communication skills and a willingness to build a network beyond the Operations team.
⦁ Experience with Summit, Agile methodologies, and testing tools such as JIRA and ALM is a plus.
