Job Purpose
The role of Account Manager – Telematics is important to us.
We would love to welcome you to our Galway location for the days you are in the office.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
1. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our existing customer base and be a main point of contact for the length of their relationship with the company.
2. Achieve sales objectives through the development and the maintenance of the customers and prospects entrusted to you.
3. Drive upsell campaigns letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius Telematics product/service catalogue whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships.
4. Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell opportunities when applicable.
5. Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customer’s investment.
6. Increase customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls.
7. Serve as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends, and articulating those back to the business.
8. Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients and promote new products and features.
