BUSINESS GROWTH MANAGER - DUBLIN Auxilium Services are a progressive and forward-thinking company in the Security Guarding industry, recently awarded its PSA Licence and operates its business activities from an office in Dublin.
As part of our growth strategy, we need a key person to manage all aspects of Business growth strategy for this to move forward.
Business Growth Manager We are looking to appoint a person to be our Business Growth Manager, you will as part of a team with our Business Operations Manager form a relationship using your skills honed by years of sales in the manned guarding and related sectors within our industry, displaying and having an all-round work ethic.
Primarily you will actively pursue all new business opportunities to increase not only our company branding and profile, whether this is by recognised tender processes or other avenues of increase work streams, but at the same time maintain or strive to enhance our levels of profitability.
To this end your target of new business is set at €900k for the first year.
Be able to show evidence of a skillset, that encompasses adherence to client requirements, with the proven ability to inspire confidence in all current and potential client portfolio in this regard.
Ideally, we are also looking for person who possesses a good level of education, excellent IT knowledge, that is able to provide a high level of verbal and written communications, verbal interactions, excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
Full clean driving licence and must hold a current PSA licence.
The remuneration package will reflect the importance the company gives to this role Salary circa €40-50k dependent on experience, with additional benefits given to assist in the role.
