Senior Analyst, Dealing Team, Transfer Agency Role
* Contract: 11 months+
* Hybrid Working: 3 days a week on site in Limerick
* Hourly Rate: Up to €22/hour
Job Overview:
As a Senior Analyst in the Dealing Team of the Transfer Agency Department, you will provide high-touch client service to a range of transfer agency clients.
The department offers third-party fund services to numerous fund management companies, covering shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance, and investor services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of processing quality and timeliness in India
* Escalation point for unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team and junior team members within Ireland TA Dealing
* Client reporting - Prediction reports, cash reports, register reports, etc.
* Workflow queue management and analysis
* Ownership of assigned clients, taking charge of TA Dealing team activity for these clients
* Deliverables sent as per agreed timeframes
* Maintenance of up-to-date procedures and checklists
* Data protection checks and external communication aligned with TA policies
* Closely work with other TA functional areas
* Collaborate with internal departments and group projects area on allocated projects
* Timely response to client and investor queries
* Compliance with Regulations and internal policies
Skill Requirements:
* Flexible approach to work, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong PC skills, thorough knowledge of MS Word & Excel, and ability to learn systems used within the Business
* Effective verbal reasoning, written communication, and numeric skills
* Excellent planning and organization skills
* High degree of professionalism
* Drive and enthusiasm
* Ability to work independently
* Complex query review and resolution
* Knowledge of fund administration and regulatory environment is highly desirable
* Good understanding of effective risk management
Experience:
* Transfer Agency experience would be advantageous
* Financial Services experience is required
* Previous client-facing experience is preferable
* College/University qualification is highly desirable
