Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a BIM Manager in Burnfoot, Ireland with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects through the use of BIM technology. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have the ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency across all teams. With a deep understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices, you will coordinate and integrate efforts across diverse stakeholders, ensuring that all project data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Lead a high-performing team of talented BIM Co-Ordinators, providing assistance, guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching.
* Lead the development and implementation of globally standardized BIM frameworks and protocols aligned to industry standards, that can be adapted to meet specific regional requirements.
* Provide weekly accountability of work progress and ensure targets are set, monitored, and achieved.
* Ensure that the busbar BIM model adheres to all product specific standards and best practices.
* Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
* Ensure that the standards of work are in line with internal processes and procedures.
* Assist Project Managers in BIM resource projection & planning.
* Prepare reports and ensure detailed documentation of project design iterations, model revisions, and coordination meetings are maintained by team members.
* Identify opportunities for improving BIM processes, tools, and templates related to busway systems.
* Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* 5+ years of experience in BIM management or coordination, with a focus on MEP systems (experience with busbar systems preferred).
* Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, or similar.
* Strong understanding of busbar systems, power distribution, and MEP coordination in large-scale construction projects.
* Expertise in 3D modelling, clash detection, and BIM data management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
* Certification in BIM management is a plus.
* Experience with MS Office Suite.
