Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service. Lead, develop, and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants. Maintain exceptional guest experiences, setting high standards in ethics, service, and presentation. Manage costs, stock control, merchandising, and sales to drive business performance. Stay informed on industry trends and new product innovations. Train staff in product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance guest service. Create a welcoming and luxurious ambiance that exceeds guest expectations. Requirements: CIBTAC, ITEC, or CIDESCO qualifications (essential). Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate a team.
