Roles and Responsibilities Liaise with project managers, electrical design, production managers and other team leaders Ensure team have all parts required to complete the job and order parts.
Ensure panels and trollies are lined up and ensure work areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Support the Production Supervisor in the daily running of the team.
Offer support, guidance, instruct, motivate and organise team members Develop the team to be a cohesive group and work effectively together.
Help team members realise their potential.
Assist the Production Supervisor in the distribution of work among team members.
Input into planning, instructing and negotiating within the team or with manageme Help to identify training requirements and train existing and new team members.
Assess work / instructions received from management.
Plan, organise and delegate appropriate work to team members.
Monitor progress of work and provide feedback to the team members.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events.
Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
