The Role
:
1. Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and other documentation as required, ensuring any paper work is available and has been reviewed and understood before setting off to site.
2. Complete all necessary pre-installation checks, liaising with the client, other trades and third parties as indicated on work instructions to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
3. Install equipment in line with company standards and current regulations, completing all post installation & commissioning checks.
4. Identify any changes to scope or requests by the client, record any changes and complete all client paperwork prior to leaving premises to validate client satisfaction.
5. Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily.
6. Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand held unit to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished.
7. Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure that it is safe to work and bring any risks to the attention of the company management.
8. Spend time training with our reactive engineers & workshop to gain a broader knowledge of equipment and preventative maintenance processes.
9. Assist and support the Field Service & Workshop teams with adhoc tasks and holiday cover as required.

10. A confident individual with a passion for customer service
11. Demonstrates good problem solving skills and technical ability
12. Patience to carry out repetitive tasks with a mechanical aptitude
13. Computer literate with a full clean driving licence
14. Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours
S alary: €29,718 + 25 days holiday + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefits.
