Key Responsibilities: Process and post purchase invoices accurately.
Prepare month-end payment files for timely processing.
Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Provide reception and administrative support as needed.
Arrange travel bookings for staff.
Assist various departments with day-to-day administration.
Skills & Experience Required: Relevant qualification in office administration, finance, or a related field.
Experience in accounts administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Sage (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
