MyHome.ie has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our Property Sales division in Munster.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, people, and sales, along with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and expanding a network of client estate agents and new home developers within Munster.
2. Promoting and selling a comprehensive suite of digital solutions to both existing key accounts and new clients.
3. Developing a detailed understanding of customer needs and effectively aligning them with MyHome solutions.
4. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships to support consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
5. Analysing and reporting on sales activity, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and revenue maximisation.
6. Staying up-to-date with key product developments and confidently presenting these innovations to clients.
7. Actively contributing to strategic initiatives and product development.
8. Meeting and exceeding sales, customer satisfaction, and new business targets.
9. Working closely with IT and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project delivery and prompt issue resolution.
10. Carrying out other duties as required, aligned with business growth and the development of new products and services.
What We're Looking For
1. Experienced Senior Account Manager with a proven record of sales success, ideally in property.
2. Thorough understanding and experience of digital marketing, CMS and CRM systems.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
4. Passion for property, combined with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
5. Analytical, strategic thinker capable of proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
6. Strong organisational and communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
7. Commercially aware with a keen understanding of the digital property sales marketplace.
