We are seeking a DV360 Publisher & Inventory Manager to support our sales team in achieving revenue and business growth goals. In this role, you will execute tasks within larger projects or sales pursuits, collaborating with team members to deliver impactful insights and solutions to our clients. You will assist in driving sales development efforts, and contribute to key business opportunities with some guidance from senior team members.As a Sales Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in sales strategy, consulting, and market analysis while contributing to the success of your team and the overall business.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to assist in meeting revenue and financial objectives. Contribute to the development of sales strategies, marketing collateral, and Go-to-Market pitches.Help analyze business opportunities and align Google products to client marketing objectives under the guidance of your manager and product specialists.Provide support and consultative assistance to clients and partners in sales, marketing, and product development areas. Translate data into actionable insights to inform business decisions.Contribute to the development of joint business plans (JBPs) and provide feedback on how to improve these plans from an analytical perspective.Industry & Market Analysis:Contribute to market and consumer research, building standard dashboards and reports to help clients understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.Assist in generating data-driven insights that help clients improve business performance and identify new opportunities.Custom Solution Development:Help develop analytical models and customized solutions for clients. Utilize tools like dashboards to analyze and forecast client and industry data to optimize business outcomes.Thought Leadership:Begin contributing to the development of thought leadership in industry analysis. Assist in creating presentations for industry conferences and events to share insights and trends with internal teams and clients.Sales Strategy Support:Shadow senior team members in discussions regarding sales strategy and objectives. Support the execution of sales strategies by helping with analysis, reporting, and documentation.Learning & Development:Build an understanding of the client and partner business, and learn how Google products can drive improvements in performance and efficiency.Seek guidance when faced with complex challenges and apply best practices to continuously grow in the role.Skills & Experience:Customer Conversations:Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Utilize questioning techniques to uncover motivations and requirements.Strong analytical skills to combine technical and financial data, positioning the value of products and services to create a competitive advantage.Google Product Knowledge:Familiarity with Google’s products and services, and an understanding of how they can be applied to solve client problems and drive growth.Industry Knowledge:Ability to analyze industry trends and apply market insights to strategic plans and solutions.Understanding of the customer’s buying cycle and the ability to position products effectively to drive business growth.Ability to work within a team setting, sharing knowledge and contributing to cross-team collaborations to achieve sales objectives.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.Qualifications:Experience:2+ years in a sales, business development, or related role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.Skills:Proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to drive business objectives.
