Location: Wills Bros Limited are seeking an enthusiastic Welder/Fitter to join our team at our Head Office in Foxford. This role will involve the service, repair, and maintenance of a range of Heavy Plant & Machinery. Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years’ experience and will be available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair on various heavy plant machinery, including dumpers, dozers, excavators, and other construction equipment.
2. Carry out welding and fabrication work as required to ensure machinery is operational and safe.
3. Update Maintenance Management system.
4. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Key Requirements
1. 4+ years’ experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter.
2. Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and construction plant.
3. Previous experience with maintenance and diagnostics.
4. Category B driving licence.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
