About the Job
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR team on a short-term basis.
The primary focus of this role will be data entry and working with our HR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data entry tasks related to employee records, recruitment, and other HR processes in our HR system.
* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a related role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with data entry tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
