Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Develop and maintain cocktail recipes and drink menus.
3. Train and supervise bar staff on customer service, drink preparation, and safety procedures.
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
6. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for patrons.
8. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
2. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
5. Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proven track record in team management and staff development.
