Job Description: Key Account Executive
Are you an ambitious team player looking for an opportunity to drive forward your sales career? We are seeking a Key Account Executive to join our expanding Food Service sales team.
This dynamic role encompasses key responsibilities such as:
* Managing customer relationships across all levels within your account portfolio.
* Leading forecasting, pricing, new product introductions and day-to-day customer account management.
* Coordinating and integrating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business strategic plans for both customer and ARYZTA.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Commercial team, NPD, Technical, Marketing, Insight, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. External stakeholders will include cross-functional departments within your designated customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior account manager in all aspects of delivering business plans for designated customers.
* Be the key contact for day-to-day enquiries (internal and external) and proactively work with cross-functional teams.
* Develop strong working customer relationships and deliver product presentations to the customer.
* Seek out and develop a pipeline for new business within specific channels.
* Build comprehensive product knowledge of ARYZTA and competitors across the frozen food market.
* Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and analysis to the business across all customers.
Key attributes include experience and knowledge of the Foodservice market, customer focus, teamwork, excellent communication/presentation skills, commercial awareness, and proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SAP applications.
