Role Overview
The Estates & Facilities department is undertaking a significant transformation of the university estate with digital systems designed to ensure efficient and sustainable use of resources, a high standard of customer service, effective project delivery, compliance with government policy, and a safe and compliant estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an Estates Information & Systems Strategy with a scalable methodology that can be applied across all areas of the university's estate.
* Design and implement robust and effective Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and integrated building information systems.
* Enhance interoperability across legacy, new, and future systems and advance digital information management.
Requirements:
* Experience in BIM management and implementation.
* Strong knowledge of industry best standards for BIM and CAFM.
* Ability to work on own initiative and resolve problems.
