Role title / Organization Affiliations: Sr. Director – Power Solutions / GBU
Responsibilities:
1. Direct Responsible Individuals (DRI) in GBU for driving power revenue growth
2. Enable the global FAE community to identify and win more power businesses through tailored power solutions
3. Partner with field-sales organization to develop customer engagement and power-solution-focused go-to-market strategy
4. Foster constructive collaboration between all power BUs and field sales organizations to win new business using innovative business models and go-to-market strategies.
5. Lead and expand the global power design services team as a key pillar in executing the power solutions strategy
6. Solidify design services business model and promote services to customer-facing teams
7. Establish a process to promote solutions beyond lead customer engagements using physical and digital go-to-market strategies
8. Develop and expand regional design services strategy incl. rapid prototyping team, design services engagement, and business model
Skills:
9. 10+ years of experience in power semiconductors and various technical and business roles.
10. Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset combined with a high sense of urgency and hate to lose mentality
11. Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across organizations and navigate conflicts of interest
12. Proven track record in leading cross-organization teams with and without authority, across the globe
13. Passion for mentoring growing and developing teams
14. Strong technical communication skills (i.e., writing, presentations, team calls)
