Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders The Project Manager will lead the scoping and delivery of digital upgrade projects including the development and configuration of new digital solutions and applications, which will be used across the Group in all functions including Business Intelligence as well as Project Delivery (design, construction, and commissioning services). Responsibilities Key Reponsibilities Deliver on-time, with-in budget projects - Execute technical projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds. Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost. Identify project risks - Estimate their impact and create a mitigation plan. Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project. Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership. Other Responsibilites Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, vendors, and business units, to ensure successful project execution. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, handover, training, rollout, adoption and embedment. Oversee third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service levels. Conduct regular meetings with delivery teams, stakeholders and 3rd parties. Report regularly and accurately to stakeholders and IT leadership team on project progress, risks, and issues. Track and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure adherence to PM Group policies and procedures, industry best practices and security standards. Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, such as networking, server hardware, and storage systems. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks is a plus. Understanding of networking, data security, and enterprise systems. Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience managing complex, high-value IT projects from start to finish. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and resolve conflicts. Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities. A proactive, self-driven attitude with a results-oriented mindset Prepared to engage in a "hands on" approach to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities concurrently Resilient and tenacious - drive delivery and follow up on issues / actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or real-world comparable work experience. 7-10 years of IT project management experience. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Experience working with software development methodologies, enterprise applications, ERP systems, or cloud platforms. Knowledge of ITIL best practice Why PM Group?
