Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drive sales in their department by advising customers on their buying needs and requirements.
2. Deliver excellent customer service by offering solutions assisting the customers through the buying journey.
3. Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock.
4. Operations of tills and cash management.
5. Merchandising new lines of stock, stock replenishment, stock counting, pricing POS,
6. Maintaining a quality standard in your department by taking ownership of its functions.
Candidate profile
7. Must have previous experience in retail.
8. Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and driving customer retention.
