We are seeking a talented Verification Engineer for GPU Power to join our client´s innovative team working on cutting-edge graphics processing technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing verification strategies for low-power design features in GPU systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to understand low power design features and create comprehensive verification plans.
2. Develop and review test plan documents for design features.
3. Create verification components and testbenches for low power verification, integrating third-party VIPs/UVCs as needed.
4. Implement constraint random verification environments using System Verilog and UVM.
5. Conduct Power Aware Verification in random environments with embedded firmware.
6. Ensure high-quality design by regressing and closing required Low Power coverage metrics.
7. Develop portable test setups and reusable verification components across simulation and emulation platforms.
8. Perform failure debug, including hardware-software co-debug.
9. Collaborate with tool vendors to improve verification flows.
10. Support system-level RTL simulation, design verification, and SoC integration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. System Verilog and OVM/UVM-based constrained random verification.
3. Developing verification components/UVCs and testbenches for RTL verification.
4. Testbench bring up, integrating third-party VIPs, digital design, verification, and waveform debugging.
5. UPF-based Power Aware verification.
Preferred Skills
1. Proficiency in low power SoC design constructs (clock gates, level shifters, isolation cells, state retention cells).
2. Experience with Low Power coverage metrics collection and closure.
3. Knowledge of GPU/CPU/DDR/Bus architectures.
4. Python scripting skills.
