Our client, one of Ireland’s largest insurance providers, is looking for an Executive PA/Administrator to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis. This is an immediate start and will initially be a one-month contract with the possibility of an extension. Hybrid work is available.
Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, train, and taxi bookings, as well as hotel accommodations.
2. Book meeting rooms, coordinate access, arrange hospitality, and manage lunch bookings.
3. Provide calendar and travel management support, including for senior management.
4. Oversee planning and preparation for quarterly management and Dublin-based meetings.
5. Plan and organize events such as dinners, sports outings (e.g., rugby and other sporting events), and corporate entertainment.
6. Coordinate logistics for large events, including the annual Business Development Conference and holiday events such as Christmas Panto.
7. Manage invitations, tickets, and accommodation for various corporate events and entertainment activities.
Requirements:
1. Must have previous experience in a Senior Administrator or Executive PA role.
2. Strong organisational and coordination skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
