This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing safe, operational, and quality procedures in conjunction with the Health & Safety, Quality, and Production teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance:
* Develop and implement safe, operational, and quality procedures in collaboration with the Health & Safety, Quality, and Production teams.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure accurate information for staff training before implementation.
* Review processes to ensure full compliance with procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Conduct process inspections, internal audits, and handle customer queries.
Compliance:
* Ensure all suppliers meet company standards and compliance requirements.
* Assist with customer and quality audits, as well as regulatory visits.
* Provide detailed information to support internal and external standards.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reporting needs.
People:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Requirements:
* Experience & Education: Strong administrative experience in an FMCG environment.
* Skills: Advanced IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
