Job Objectives

The successful candidate will hold a senior management position and will be responsible for leading the human resource teams and supporting the service divisional directors and their departments.

Skills Required
Qualification:
1. A Master’s-level qualification in a Human Resources-related discipline is essential.
2. A management qualification is preferred.
Knowledge:
1. In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law.
2. Experience:
3. Proven leadership and management experience within a large organisation in either the public or private sector.
4. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
5. Strong experience operating at a senior level within a professional or regulatory environment.
Skills:
1. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire HR teams.
2. Sound judgment in making decisions that balance employee needs with organisational goals.
3. Expertise in mediating disputes and delivering equitable solutions for all parties.
4. Exceptional organisational skills, motivated, initiative-taker.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong IT proficiency.
6. Dedicated, dependable, and adaptable in approach to work.
7. Full clean driver’s licence.
