Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring all SLAs are consistently met.
* Oversee scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks across various building services systems and equipment.
* Work with the purchasing team to ensure timely ordering of materials, plant, and equipment required for efficient service delivery.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure contract expectations are met, attending meetings to review performance and future requirements.
* Review and assess contractual work with engineers, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with agreed SLAs.
* Collaborate with management and technical teams to drive service improvements and meet shareholder expectations.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or maintenance.
* Strong understanding of building services, maintenance processes, and operation of Permit to Work systems.
* Able to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while maintaining high service standards.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining focus on safety, service, and quality.
