Job Title: Quant or Dualist Associate Director/Director
We are part of the Audience Collective, a collective of specialist marketing agencies using divergent thinking to support our clients to achieve growth through brand differentiation.
This role will work across all markets, predominantly Irish focused, and is based in Ireland. We are looking for a senior person to join our Irish team as a Quant or Dualist Associate Director/Director at Spark.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in quantitative research with a good understanding of qualitative research too. This role will either be a strong Associate Director or Director level position, depending on experience, and will offer a great opportunity for the right person to come on board and support Spark in growing our quant capabilities in Ireland, as well as supporting commercial client growth too.
About the Role
* Deliver strong and insightful mixed methodology projects
* Translate insight into actionable solutions and outcomes for our clients
* Represent the Spark brand and our values to the highest level both internally and externally
* Work in partnership with clients at a senior level to support them to make better decisions, grounded in insight
* Get stuck in and contribute to the team's efforts
* Shape, pitch, and win work from existing and new clients
* Be a leader within the wider Spark and Audience Collective team, helping to shape everything we do
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of the Irish market, brands, nuances, and competitive and commercial landscape
* Ideal experience in quantitative research, with a good understanding of qualitative research too
