Job Title: Retail Operative
As a vital member of the branch team, you will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of our retail operation. Your responsibilities will include working efficiently in our warehouse, serving customers on our retail counter, and delivering parts to customers directly.
This is an exciting and varied role that requires a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be working closely with the Fleet team to ensure a safe and efficient service is provided to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of everything
2. Work towards delivering a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures
3. E nsure the branch is operationally efficient and controls are in place to support a customer-first experience
4. Support colleagues to deliver a safety-first culture at all times
5. Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience
6. Support the retail counter to achieve branch retail standards
7. Deliver a customer-first service through management of pick-to-manifest times
8. Support branch deliveries and set up for growth through best-in-class customer service
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills to develop customer relationships
* Able to utilize technology for fleet checks and maintain a zero-accident mentality
* High levels of focus, energy, and drive
* Good business acumen
